4 Things you need to do to have a better life and more importantly, a better mentality.


Life can be easier when you know how to look and react to things differently. Here are some rules to a happy life you might need.


1. Do not afraid to say ‘no’

This sounds easy and it’s easy to do too. Most of us has been taught since we were little to be nice, kind and, considerate to other people. But guess what, you don’t need to be those things all the time. It’s okay to say ‘no’ to things you don’t like and stuff you don’t want to do. Always know what you want. It’s called self-respect.


2. ‘You’ are the most important person in your life.

Of course, we do love our families, friends and lovers and sometimes we even care for them more than we care for ourselves. But here’s the fact you need to know : we’re responsible for our own feelings. Everybody needs to take care of themselves, just like how you need to take responsible for you own happiness.


3. Do what you want. Do not do what you don’t want.

Easy one. As long as it doesn’t go against the law or doesn’t put anybody in prison, you can do pretty anything you want. This is you life and you have all the rights to do anything about it. You have all the power to create you what you need, what you want to get rid of, what you want to keep in your life.


4. Always look forward and move on with your life.

Most of the time, there is no point looking back. However, sometimes you look back to the past so it motivates you to do better in the future and that’s alright. but what is gone and done is gone and done. That’s the fact. Accept it and move on.
